Why a Capital Campaign?

We are growing out of our space.  We want our neighbors to hear and embrace the gospel.  We need improved facilities to help orchestrate deeper and wider ministries.

We are targeting a new facility that will seat 300-500 comfortably.  The facility will have more office, classroom, and multi-use space to help with new ministries.

What Has Already Happened?

We set a goal in 2018 to raise $1 million in 3 years.   The congregation has pledged and given over $600,000 in the first 2 years.   The goal is to raise the remainder of the $1 million this next year.

The pandemic challenges of 2020 have created a hard pause in the church real estate environment, but the plan is to continue with the capital campaign so that we can be prepared to quickly react and take advantage of any opportunities that may present themselves.

How we Plan To Reach Our Goal

CCCF Leadership and the congregation will make their Year 3 pledges in September of 2020.   This year’s campaign will run through August of 2021.

Pray the God will help us raise money, including identifying resources outside of the immediate congregation.

We are trusting the Lord to provide a clear opportunity for us to move to a permanent home.

What Needs to Happen Next?

Pray for our new location. Pray that God would make clear our next steps.

What Then?

We raise the money.  The Lord provides a new space.  We Purchase.

We have a relationship with a local bank that has experience and expertise in working with churches.

We have a relationship with a realtor that specializes in church properties.

How Do I Give?

Pledge cards and additional information will be provided by mail to all members and attendees during the week of September 13th.   Included will be a postage paid return envelope to send in your pledge by mail.   We are asking for pledge cards to be returned by Sunday September 27th.

There will be an opportunity to personally turn in your pledge card during worship after communion on Sunday September 27th.

Additionally, you may send your pledge information by email to Offerings@cccfrisco.org
